About Me

I have always loved to create and make things. As a lonely child who struggled socially, I spent most of my time either making things or buried in a book. I immersed myself in fantasy worlds, painting pictures in my imagination. My dream was to be able to someday support myself whilst doing what I loved. I pushed myself and went to university to study art, but felt boxed in - I wanted to explore processes and create things that interested me, but I was told it wasn't what I was supposed to be doing. I suffered with my mental health, got kicked off my course and things were really rough for a while. I abandoned my passion for making things under the pressure of feeling like what I did wasnt good enough and would never get me anywhere.When the pandemic hit I was laid off from my high stress middle management role, and found myself turning to video games and streaming as a means of escape. I drew my own emotes on the computer with a mouse, and my little online community loved them so much that they came together and helped me buy my first drawing tablet. I lost another job the following year after I started to experience severe pain flare ups from my disability (Erbs Palsy) and my employer was unwilling to make accomodations for it. Life was a rollercoaster, but in the middle of it all I discovered a new passion for creation and it has been a delight to create for others and share my learning processes with my ever supportive community.I can be found streaming regularly on Twitch where I share my art process and play a variety of games. • Gore/graphic violence}How to order:Please give me as much information as possible when ordering - the more detail I know about what you want, the better I will be able to create a finished product that you are satisfied with. If you commission me without a clear idea of what you want or without providing any reference images, there may be an extra charge to cover the additional research time on my part.For characters please think about clothing, colour schemes, personality, pose/expression, any specific details or features that you want, backgrounds etc. For environments & larger illustrations, think about lighting, mood, composition elements. Provide references wherever possible (these can be stock images for poses, colour palettes, clothing, environments, anything you want me to use as inspiration). If your character is from a particular series or book, feel free to send me YouTube videos etc so that I can better understand a world I might not be familiar with. If you require specific dimensions/resolution please tell me in advance.All prices shown are base prices. Things that might increase the price are complex character designs, number of characters, not being able to provide a good visual reference, complex backgrounds and amount of detail in the image in general.GENERAL TERMS• All drawings may or will include a subtle sign that you may not remove.• I may record or livestream the drawing process and post WIPs & completed commissions on social media. If this is something you do not wish for me to do for any reason you must inform me when you order.• I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason and at any time.PAYMENT• Accepted currency is SEK, please let me know if you would like a conversion estimate in your local currency.• Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.• Please do not send me any payment before I have agreed to the commission and requested payment.PROCESS AND DELIVERY• I will notify you when I have started on your commission and begin work on a sketch.• Once you have approved a sketch, I will send you work-in-progress pictures at different stages to ensure you are happy with my work so far. If there are any changes you’d like to make during the process, please inform me of this at the earliest opportunity.• The time taken for completion can vary from 1 week - 3 months depending on factors such as the complexity of the commissioned piece or the size of my current commission queue. If you have a specific deadline for completion please let me know when you order so that I can determine whether I am able to meet it. A rush order fee of 50-100% may apply depending on how tight the deadline is and whether I need to prioritise your commission over existing clients.• If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know asap.• Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image. Specific dimensions can be provided on request. Note that there is no physical product.REVISIONS• I will do up to 3 minor revisions on the commissioned piece once past the sketch phase• Any major revisions through no fault of my own will incur a fee dependent on the amount of work required to make the change (usually based on an hourly rate)• If your reference is unclear to start with changes will come at an extra charge.COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYI, Sn0wyCat (The Artist), retain the copyright rights to the produced drawing and all associated sketches, comps & preliminary materials which are a part of my Work Product. Therefore I reserve the right to use the Artistic Work to promote myself on my website, portfolio, social media, etc. and display it on any platform (unless otherwise agreed in advance).The Buyer has the right to:• Use the Artistic Work for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)• Print the Artistic Work and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the Artistic Work itself.• Use the Artistic Work to promote themselves. You are not forced to give me credit when you post it but it is very appreciated.• Use the Artistic Work on their Youtube/Twitch channel and in monetized videos as long as the Artistic Work is not the main subject for the earnings.The following is considered copyright infringement:• Reproducing/using the Artistic Work commercially/for profit• Claiming the Artistic Work as your own• Removing my signature from the Artistic Work• Altering the Artistic Work without my consentI reserve the full rights to the Artistic Work and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the Artistic Work for commercial use may be purchased at any time).REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY• If you cancel your order before I start it I will refund you in full.• If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.• No refunds will be given once I have started work on the commission• If you are getting a refund, please do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you.If the buyer breaks any of the terms stated above they will lose all aforementioned rights to the artwork commissioned, and I will have the right to use & profit further from the commissioned artwork in any way I see fit.
